delivery and payment
Delivery
As a rule, we only deliver cushions to customers in Denmark. If you need to have cushions delivered abroad, contact us by email to find a solution.
delivery time
Our delivery time is basically a maximum of 6 weeks. This is because all products are made to order.
Payment
Payment takes place via the webshop and the order is initiated when the amount has been deducted from your account.
Businesses and institutions
Business customers and public institutions have the option of paying via bank transfer or EAN. Contact us by email or phone and we will find a solution.
Freight forwarder
We use Danish shipping companies and, as a starting point, GLS and PostNord. If a larger order is to be delivered, an external carrier is used.
Materials
Foam
We only use the absolute best materials. We are furniture craftsmen and only choose the best solution for the project. All the designer cushions are delivered directly from the Danish foam factory in original quality and dimensions. It is therefore not just foam that we cut ourselves! Full details can be provided on request.
Supplier
We only use the absolute best suppliers in fabric and leather. All fabric comes from Kvadrat. The leather comes from Sørensen Leather in Lystrup. There is a 10-year guarantee on fabric from Kvadrat.
Maintenance
We refer to Kvadrat and Sørensen leather
Guarantee
There is a 1-year warranty and 2-year right of complaint on all products purchased via the webshop.

Trading conditions
As a Danish webshop, we are obliged to inform about the terms and conditions that apply to our customers when they buy cushions from us - and this is where your terms and conditions come into play. See the conditions here

Satisfaction
We live off satisfied customers and will do everything in our power to ensure that all customers have a good experience and an uncompromising product. If you are not satisfied, you must finally contact us by mail or phone, and we will find a solution!
